Pachycephalosaurus animals & figures

Pachycephalosaurus is the largest ornithischian dinosaur ever found. It could grow up to 4-5 m in length and weigh 450 kg. It walked on two legs and lived in the late Cretaceous period of North America. Its strongly upward-curved skull was 20-25 cm thick. Scientists believe that it used its massive forehead to fight rivals, or at least impress them. Pachycephalosaurus means thick-headed lizard.
